Giorgi Abramishvili, a medical doctor (around 40), who worked in Gori hospital, taking care of wounded and injured civilian population, together with two collegues decided to stay on duty in Gori hospital overnight on August 12th. Late at night, Doctor Abramishvili decided to take a stroll in hospital’s yard. He was dressed in doctor’s white outfit. Russian military helicopter, while flying over the hospital’s territory, directly targeted Doctor Abramishvili, killing him on the spot.
